Lattes with Leadership is held on the third Tuesday of every month, offering young professionals valuable training and networking opportunities to equip them to successfully lead in the community. This month, we are honored to welcome our featured speaker, Kale Terrill. Join us for coffee, connection, and leadership insights from one of our community's key leaders!

Kale joined The Trust Company in April 2021 as a Trust Officer & Wealth Advisor, working primarily with individuals and families on financial planning, investment management, and trust and estate administration. He is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA), the current Hype Chair, and a 2025 graduate of the Leadership Manhattan program. 

Kale was inspired to pursue a career in trust and financial services by his father, whose example of leadership and service shaped his own professional values. 

Kale graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bethany College with degrees in Business Administration, Finance, and Sports Management. He earned his MBA with a specialization in Finance from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln while working with the UNL Athletics Event Management team. He later moved to Manhattan for a role at Kansas State University as Procurement Contract Administrator before joining The Trust Company.

Outside of work, Kale and his wife, Olivia, enjoy cooking and barbecuing for friends and family—and recently welcomed a baby girl to their family.
